Welcome. My name is Nicole Davis and I am the owner of Sequoia Counselling. I am a registered social worker (MSW, RSW), who has had the privilege of providing counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals, children, youth, and families, and since 2010.

I have experience working in a variety of settings (homes, schools, retirement homes, community agencies, and employee assistance programs (EAPs). My therapeutic approach is multi-systemic and strength-based. I draw from a number of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), attachment therapy, grief therapy, trauma-informed therapy, psychotherapy, mindfulness, and meditation.
